Fleet Hires Customer Dashboard gives eet managers cost-free access to their Fleet Hire driver and vehicle data in real time. Covering every aspect of eet management, Dashboard provides a one stop shop for managing vehicle servicing and MOT events; provides driver license and contact information including the ability to send SMS notications to drivers from within the Dashboard. Fleet Managers can also see vehicles on order or due for renewal, as well as details of invoices sent by Fleet Hire and a history of any eet management or damage recharges. A Red-Amber-Green warning system highlights the items needing most urgent attention, and a wealth of reporting tools allow for customisable exports to be created in addition to the wide range provided as standard. Sales Director Nick Poole commented: This new dashboard elevates Fleet Hires online presence to an Industry Best standard, providing our clients with cost-free access to their live eet data anytime, anywhere. Phoenix IT is a provider of IT Infrastructure Support Services with a strategy of entering into large outsourcing contracts while developing niche services for niche markets. Phoenix also practise what they preach, and in addition to being an important Fleet Hire client since 2002, the service provision to the Northampton Company was transformed by the move to a complete Outsource solution. Outsource Team Leader, Simon Scott said There is a very strong relationship between the Outsource Team at Fleet Hire and key stakeholders within the Finance, HR and Management Team at Phoenix. Trust is a major factor, and Phoenix IT trust the Outsource Team with the day to day running of all elements of the eet including interaction with drivers, reporting requirements, downtime management and pool vehicle management to name a few. Cost savings made for Phoenix demonstrate the Outsource Teams ability to reduce and continually manage clients eet costs, whilst ensuring the highest levels of service are maintained at all times. Phoenix Mike Rimmington (Financial Controller) commented that Phoenix IT Services has already seen savings of 61k+ through using Fleet Hires Outsource service in the past 12 months, and the proactive support given to our c1000 company car and grey eet drivers by Simons team is excellent.

Fleet Hire has strengthened its relationship with Fitness First, the UKs largest health club group with 160 sites across the country, by recently delivering a further 23 Citroen vans. Fleet Hire already has preferred supplier status for Fitness Firsts 230 vehicle eet, and as one of the country's leading independent contract hire and eet management providers has supplied these LCVs for use by the Fitness First maintenance team covering the whole of the UK. Glyn Allen, BSc Hons MRICS ABEng Head of Facilities at Fitness First said Fleet Hires knowledge and professional approach had been key factors in this contract appointment. He commented that Fleet Hire fully understands our requirements which is crucial in building relationships like this. The bespoke nature of these vehicles, to include specialist racking, sign writing and telematics was arrived at through close consultation with Fitness First. Fleet Hires Senior Relationship Director, Colin Flippance commented that listening to our clients needs and acting in their very best interests is essential to the consultation process, and we truly believe that by doing so we both reduce clients costs and provide vehicles that are t for purpose.
