Prelaunch

 Goal Setting: The idea was to make a radical shift in the way people used personal computers
and replace most physical screens with AR technology while improving the UI and getting rid of
many technical barriers.

 Information Seeking: Carried out a detailed survey to identify probable target users, present use
of AR, problems in hardware devices and possibility of its implementation. Had a chance to learn
about potential partnership with developers in the field of AR technology and software houses.

 Action Planning: Formulated a comprehensive SWOT analysis along with specific technical and
funding schedules, marketing mix, and entry strategies. Discussed strategies for protection on
the company’s intellectual property as well as regulations to be followed in the business.

 Execution: Aligned top talent for augmented reality initiatives including principal domains of
Augmented reality technology, software, hardware and business development. Started on the
creation of the prototype and made small modifications on the design as recommended by the
users.

 Monitoring/Feedback: We consulted with potential users and stakeholders face to face at


technology fairs and industry shows to forge an initial idea and model of what the product
should be and then improve it based on their responses.

Launch

 Goal Setting: Was meant to launch successfully in selected marketing arenas in technology-
oriented metropolitan areas, and among selected professions that could benefit most from
augmented reality.

 Information Seeking: Paid particular attention to first impressions of sales figures and user
response but was also strongly focused on competitors’ responses and new trends in the area of
ARs.

 Action Planning: Meticulously supervised initial demand and customer response while being
vigilant to competitors’ response and development in AR technology Launched it through
partnership with tech retailers and direct online sales complemented by an aggressive digital
marketing campaign on the unique features of the product.

 Execution: Increased production rate to expected levels, maintained strict quality checks and co
ordination with other levels of distribution.

 Monitoring/Feedback: Had a professional customer/complaint service provision to tackle


different queries and complaints, analyzed customer satisfaction to identify the areas that
requires enhancement.

Postlaunch
 Goal Setting: Strategic objectives were to intensify existing market coverage, enhance and
diversify products and services and introduce new areas of usage of AR as the integral part of
personal computing devices.

 Information Seeking: They should also initially and periodically collect data on the degree of
engagement from users, changes in the market and surrounding technologies.

 Action Planning: Designed for the subsequent generations of models and further updates taking
into consideration reflections on its use by educators and professionals as well as development
of new technologies for application in these fields.

 Execution: Adopted changes and started working on more functionalities along with new
models; could be exploring a new wave of wearable AR technology.

 Monitoring/Feedback: Ensured user community interaction through constant user updates,


support, and community solicitousness, and incorporated user feedback into product updates.
