1. Currently Working as ENGINEER –CMS PLANT in GFL LTD. Bharuch(GUJARAT)
• Looking after Hydro-chlorination, Thermo-chlorination and Distillation of chloromethane
including: Methylene Dichloride, Chloroform, Carbon tetra-chloride.
• Plant is continuous and fully automated (DCS PLANT) on YOKOGAWA CS3000
2. Working as SENIOR EXECUTIVE in ATUL LTD. Valsad from April-2017 to Oct-2018.
• Looking after Handling of ONT recovery plant in total automation.
• Handling Production of Aromatic Compound: Benzanthrone.
• Have rice experience on Automation which includes: Honeywell TDC-3000, Emerson
DELTA-V & Yokogawa CENTUM-VP.
• Manpower handling. Managing for maintenance, production and audit.
3. Working with Vertellus Specialty Materials (India) Private Ltd. Vapi as SHIFT
INCHARGE from Sep-2014 to April-2017.
• Handling 4-4’ DichloroDiphenylSulphone product with total Automization(DCS plant).
• Handling of Sulfuric acid plant, totally based on DCS & PLC automation.
• Handling of MeOH Distillation column on DCS & PLC.

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE (INDUSTRIAL TRAINING): -
1. Completed “Live Training” of 2months &10days in ATUL LTD. (VALSAD)
• Main objective of the training is to change the CARBON TREATMENT in Sodium
Thiosulphate Plant, Process modification and R&D.
• Steam economy of Triple Effect Evaporator, using two effects rather than three.
2. FALUCK INTERNATIONAL, Sanand (Ahmedabad) (3weeks)
• Production of Ethylene Dibromide, study the manufacturing process, product overview
and Equipment study.
PROJECT EXPERIENCE: -
Graduation Project: To Increase Yield of Product –Ethylene Dibromide.
• Industry defined project in FALUCK INTERNATIONAL producing ETHELENE
DIBROMIDE in batch process. During project we work on increasing product yield & design
modification in equipment’s like reactor and process changes.
Diploma Project: Fabrication of Plate Heat Exchanger
• Project on “FABRICATION OF PLATE HEAT EXCHANGER” in Diploma [Year
2010-11]. Study different type of plate heat exchanger its construction & operation, Fouling
factor &Material for plate and gasket.
INSTRUMENT HANDLED & UNIT OPERATION: -
• Heat Exchanger, Evaporation by multiple effect Evaporator
• Candle Filters, Distillation column, Glass line reactor
• Dryer (ANFD), Crystallizer, Vacuum dryer.
