Step-by-Step Plan for Aaditya

1. Understand Your Distraction Pattern

"Aaditya, you don’t have a focus problem. You have a habit problem. Your brain is used to quick
rewards like scrolling, chatting, or overthinking."

Do this:

• Keep a “Distraction Diary” for 2 days.

Write down what distracted you, when, and why. You'll notice patterns.

2. Reset with a Fixed Daily Schedule (but flexible style)

Morning Routine (1 hour total)

• 10 min: Stretching or meditation

• 40 min: Light revision (formulas, notes)

• 10 min: Plan your day

Afternoon/Evening Routine (Study + Tuition)

• After tuition, do a 30-minute review of what was taught.

• Use 2 Pomodoro blocks (25+5 mins) for difficult subjects.

Night Routine

• 10 min journaling or writing about what you studied

• No screen 30 mins before sleep

Why this works: It creates a rhythm your brain gets used to, reducing resistance to study.

3. Create a Focus-Friendly Study System

4. PCM Study Strategy (Simple + Smart)

Physics – Focus on concept clarity, not memorization

• Watch a 10-minute video before solving numericals

• Start with NCERT examples → then try similar questions

Chemistry – Divide into:

• Physical: practice numericals

• Organic: understand reactions, make flashcards

• Inorganic: revise from short notes weekly

Maths – Practice every day (30–45 mins)

• Set a “3 sums only” rule for tough chapters to reduce overwhelm

• Use RD Sharma or class notes

5. Build Discipline Without Pressure

• Don't aim for 5-hour study blocks right now

➤ Just 1 hour of deep, honest effort daily = enough to build momentum

• Micro-habits to try daily:

o Put the phone on “Do Not Disturb” while studying

o Always keep a bottle of water + notes ready before starting

o Do a 2-minute breath reset when you feel restless
