2. Visualization- while teaching, a teacher can use pictures, chats, videos and audio clip to
explain to the learners. There are learners who prefer or understand better if they see or hear
something that is related to what they are learning. During teaching process, a teacher should
make sure hid or her have pictures and videos that are related to the topic of the day in order to
accommodate all learners in the classroom.
- Cooperative learning- A teacher have to give learners activities that they will do together such
as group work or work in pairs. In that activities each and every learner will have something to
say or to do. All group members are supposed to have an input during their group work. This will
help learners who are afraid to ask a teacher to clarify because their will gain an information
from their fellow classmates.
- Gamification - While learning there will be games about topic which can be a puzzle or
crossword which will help learners that are shy to participate because they will feel free since
they are playing.
-Student center strategy- I will implement this strategy by asking open-minded questions where
learners have to answer and also give learners an opportunity to ask questions and give their
opinions about the topic.
-Blended learning- I can use both traditional and online learning. In the classroom we can use
textbooks and chalkboard then maybe during holidays communicate with social media or
emails to distribute learning resources.

Benefits of Cooperative learning
- Enhance communication skills- Cooperative learning helps learners to increase their
communication skills. In the classroom we have different learners with different personalities,
some learners are shy who does not like to talk but with cooperative learning is whereby
learners are grouped in small groups to work together and shy learners are forced to increase
their communication skills because they have to contribute towards the group work.
- Gaining confidence- When learners are working together towards activities some group
members are gaining confidence to speak openly with others and also confidence that they
have knowledge which they thought they do not have because they never shared anything with
others.
-Positive attitude towards other students- A learner will be able to interact with other learners
and have other view perspective about others which can lead to have positive attitude towards
other learners.
- Decision-making skills- Doing group work requires every group member to make a decision
and with cooperative learning, learners can gain decision making skills.
-Friendliness- While learners doing group work together the develop friendliness towards each
other which lead them to willing to assist and more worthwhile value of carring and sharing
among them.
Challenges of Cooperative learning
-Group conflict - learners need to learn to work together and understand that every group
member opinion is important and come up with conclusion and decision. During group work
there is a lot of disagreement among the members whereby the learners end up taking more
time to complete their task.
- Difficulty of assessment- When learners are doing group work it hard for a teacher to assess
learner individual which lead to that others are left behind because they do not get fully attention.
- Group selection- When a teacher dividing learners into groups can be a challenge because
need to know the strength and weaknesses of his or her students in order to group them in a
way that all students will gain. Teachers should make sure that each and every group balance
because learners have different personalities and can play different roles in a group work.
- Absences - A teacher cannot control the learner to be present in the classroom and when the
student is absent that force other group members to have an additional responsibilities because
others are absent.
-Students left behind- Since the group work have different members with different personalities,
there are also shy students who might be left behind because they are too shy to speake.
