Technical Data Sheet
LLBI-2024
Linear Low Density Polyethylene
LLBI-2024 is a certified prime grade containing Butene-ethylene copolymer, designed for INJECTION MOLDING
applications requiring good balance of low warpage, low temperature resistance, and good mechanical properties.
LLBI-2024 features easy processability over a wide range of molding conditions, good flexibility, and high surface
appearance of molded articles. LLBI-2024 applications include housewares, lids, closures, caps, medical parts, and
toys, where excellent toughness, high impact strength and high gloss are required. Recommended processing
temperature is 180 to 220°C., with mold at 20 to 40°C.. LLBI-2024 complies with FDA regulation 21CFR 177.1520 (c)
3.1 (a) and most international regulations concerning the use of Polyethylene in contact with food articles.
