Deep Liver Cleanse Flush

General Guidelines
1. Movement (not train hard, listen to your body)– Stimulate the lymphatic system
2. Colon cleanse (everyday with enemas)
3. Eat only fruits/vegetables (1 to 6 days) if you want to go hard, but*
4. Daily collagen (Bone broth or supplements) - Optional if you need to ground (Come
back to yourself)
5. Dandelion tea infusions (For liver support detox)
6. Clove, warm wood, black walnut hull infusions (For Parasites)
7. Remember to drink a lot of water (if it’s possible with sea-salt or minerals/
electrolytes)

*If you want to do the deepest Liver Cleanse Flush: don’t eat any solid (like Rokas).

Optional Practices
• Sauna sessions
• Epsom salt baths
• Take sunlight daily
• Spend time in nature
• Walk barefoot: grounding/earthing

Days 1-4
• 4–6 capsules Malic Acid daily
• 3 tbsp Apple Cider Organic Vinegar daily
• 3 tbsp Tart Cherry Organic juice daily
• Sea water for hydration
• No seed oils
• Co ee enemas
• Hydrate with quality water + sea salt

If very hungry: Boiled Organic meat from bone broth is allowed (Whole real foods / Eat 20% less
than usual)

Day 5 -Flush Day


• No heavy protein today
• Only malic acid before noon

BREAKFAST:
• Fruit or oatmeal with maple syrup (Rokas doesn’t take nothing)

LUNCH (12 PM):


• Fruit + sea salt (optional if needed) (Rokas only water)
• Or water with sea salt

FROM 1 PM ONWARD:
• Only water. No food

6 PM:
• 15 g Epsom Salt or Magnesium Citrate in 200 ml water

8 PM:
• 15 g Epsom Salt or Magnesium Citrate in 200 ml water

9 PM:
• Co ee or water enema

10 PM:
• ½ cup grapefruit juice + ½ cup olive oil (shake and drink)
• Apply castor oil pack over liver
• Lie on right side immediately

Day 6
6 AM:
• 15 g Epsom Salt or Magnesium Citrate in 200 ml water

8 AM:
• 15 g Epsom Salt or Magnesium Citrate in 200 ml water

10 AM:
• Coconut water
• Co ee enema (very important)

• Activated charcoal: 1 tbsp

LATER:
• Resume light eating if desired (coconut water is ideal) (bone broth)
• Additional co ee or water enemas if needed
• Optional: Oxy Powder or other binders
