Current Openings:

We are eager to welcome dedicated full-time faculty members in the rank of Assistant/
Associate / Full Professor for areas of Finance/Accounts/Strategy/Business Analytics/OB-
HR/Corporate Training and Associate/ Full Professors for Operations and Supply Chain
Management.

Candidate Profile:

In alignment with our strategic direction, candidates should exhibit a robust research potential
and an impressive teaching record. Required qualifications include:

• A completed doctoral degree from an accredited institution.

• A track record or demonstrable potential for publishing in leading, peer-reviewed


management journals.

• A proactive, collaborative attitude, contributing to the department and enhancing BMU's


reputation nationally and internationally.

Experience Criteria (Minimum Requirements):

Assistant Professor: upto years in teaching, research, or industry. Recent graduates with a
provisional doctoral degree are encouraged to apply.

Associate Professor: A minimum of 8 years in teaching, research, or industry.

Full Professor: Over 10 years of outstanding career in teaching, research, or industry


experience, with at least four years as an Associate Professor.
Expectations from Selected Candidates:

Teaching in different programmes as per the norms of the Institute, publishing in high-quality
academic journals, promoting industry-institute linkages through consulting & Training
assignments, academic administration, and involvement in placements activities.
