SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That we, the undersigned heirs of the late NAPOLEON ROSETE NAVALUNA,
namely:
1. HELEN NAVALUNA ROXAS,
2. LOURNA NAVALUNA TAN,
3. NIDA NAVALUNA ARAGONES (now deceased), substituted by her heirs:
a. NIKKO BRYAN ARAGONES,
b. DONNA MARIE ARAGONES,
c. MARIE FAITH ARAGONES PALATTAO,
4. NAPOLEON NACIN NAVALUNA, JR., and
5. NOEL NACINO NAVALUNA,
all of legal age, Filipinos, and residents of the Philippines (or as otherwise indicated in
their individual acknowledgment), do hereby appoint, name, and constitute:
MARCOS FERRER, of legal age, Filipino, and with address at Lot 17 Block 2,
Greenridge St. Ridgemont Executive Village, Taytay, Rizal
as our true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, for and in our behalf, to do and perform
the following acts and deeds:
1. 1. To appear before any government office, agency, or instrumentality, as well as
before any private or public institution, and to represent us in any and all proceedings,
transactions, or actions involving the estate of the late NAPOLEON ROSETE
NAVALUNA;
2. 2. To process, sign, submit, and receive any documents or papers relative to the
settlement, partition, and/or distribution of the estate, including extra-judicial
settlement, waiver of rights, or any other necessary document;
3. 3. To collect and receive in our behalf any money, properties, or benefits due us as
heirs of the late NAPOLEON ROSETE NAVALUNA, and to issue receipts or
acknowledgments therefor;
4. 4. To engage the services of a lawyer, accountant, or any professional deemed
necessary for the settlement of the estate, and to pay the corresponding fees for such
services;
5. 5. To do all acts necessary and incidental to the foregoing which we could do if
personally present and acting.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said Attorney-in-Fact full power and
authority to do and perform every act and thing necessary to be done as fully to all intents
and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present and acting, hereby
ratifying and confirming all that our said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be
done under and by virtue of these presents.
