CLASS PROPHECY

Today, we live in a fast-changing world filled with

opportunities, passion, love, hatred, chaos, life- demands,
survival and competitions. I can’t help but ask and
wonder, “What would be the future of my generation?”
“Can anyone in this world tell me of what will happen in
the next 10 years or so?” These questions can’t get out of
my mind. Perhaps, a glimpse of the future would quench
the thirst of my uncertainty.
Driven by my passion in writing, I promised myself that I
would publish “our story” on a Blog. So, fasten your
seatbelt, and savor the moment.
It was 7:30 in the morning when I woke up. I could hear
Christmas songs played by my neighbors. It was my day
off and I was getting ready to go out, grab some coffee,
and have some me time. I took a shower and dressed up.
I then grabbed my keys and got inside my pink Porsche.
As I was driving through the highway, I got stuck in a
traffic, I looked at my left side and I smiled as I saw a
billboard with a familiar face on it. It was Mr. KYLE M.
AYALA who became a successful politician. On my right
side, I saw another billboard with a gorgeous model on it.
It was Ms. HAZEL OJEL who was modeling for KaVogue
Magazine, one of the most famous magazines in
Philippines.
I was still stuck in the traffic and I have nothing to do, so I
read the newspaper and I was surprised of what I saw. On
the front page, a big picture caught my eye. In that
picture, a fair lady stood like the goddess of beauty. She
was my batch mate, Ms. JANELLE PANONCE who became
the Miss Universe 2035. At present, she's still with her
fiancé, Mr. JEREMY TRIBUNALO who is a seaman. When I
read the article of the news, I smiled because the writer
was my co-journalist back then, Ms. MARIA ERIKA BOOK,
who is now a journalist - a news writer at Philippine Daily
Inquirer. I turned the pages to the Business section.
Guess what I found! An elegant lady holding a trophy
caught my attention. She was none other than Mrs.
CHRISTINE LOPEZ - SOLIS. She was awarded as the Most
Outstanding Entrepreneur of the year because of her
perseverance and for her Entrepreneurial qualities. On
the Sport section, a man dunking the ball on the basket
was on the picture. He was Mr. JOHN HAZEL BARRIOS, he
became an all-star player of PBA together with his
friends, Mr. CHRISTOPHER PACTAO-IN, CARL JUSTINE
DADIVAS, and RENATO DALAYAP.
After reading the newspaper, I then got back on the road.
As I got out of the traffic, I made a detour to avoid traffic,
I then drove right into a construction site, there, I saw
four familiar faces. Two of them werearchitects none
other than Ms. MARIALYN ESTRERA and Ms. LE JEAN
GRACE BISNAR and the other two were Engr. JOHN
PATRICK CASAL and Engr. CLINT PEDREGOSA. I stopped
by for a quick chat and then got back in the road.
As I was driving, I saw a commotion from afar. I decided
to take a quick look on the situation. There I saw a robber
who got caught by three policewomen. They were MS.
MAUREEN ASIS, MS. JUVELYN ARDILLO and MS. JESSA
MAE APELADO. Unfortunately, a civilian was injured
during the robbery. Then, I saw an ambulance coming
fast. A nurse got out and started aiding the injured. The
nurse aid is MS. CRISTINA TOLENTINO. I returned to my
car and drove back.
As I continue driving, I was stopped by some soldiers for a
checkpoint, I smiled as familiar faces started to approach.
I easily got out in the checkpoint as the soldiers who
searched my car were Ms. ANGELLUV PADILLA together
with Mr. NIÑO OMBID. Unfortunately, we didn't have
much time to talk because they were too busy.
Before going to the cafe, I stopped to buy some fresh
roses and daisies at my favorite flower shop. The shop
was owned by Mrs. ALLYSA JUBANE – JAMIN together with
her best friend Mrs. PRINCESS MAE DAGAANG - AYALA.
They were my batch mates back then.
While I was choosing flowers, I saw a man wearing a
white polo, dressed so nicely. It was MR. PRINCE JAMBRES
JAINAR who was also buying some flowers. I approached
him and asked if to whom will he give the flowers. He said
that he will give it to his beloved fiancé, MS. CARYLLE
DWYNE LIBRON and is soon to be MS. JAINAR. She is now
a social worker while PRINCE became a professional
basketball player.
When I was outside the flower shop and was about to
leave, I bumped into some old friends from high school. It
was Ms. JEIAN PANONSI - PEDREGOSA, Ms. JONNA
PANDILI, and Ms. RUFFA SEMBRANO, MR. LAWRENCE
AMAHAN and MR. JHENARD FUEGO. They were headed to
attend a conference because the five of them became
Educators. We chatted for a while and then I head back. I
finally arrived at my favorite coffee shop.
So, I parked my Porsche pink car beside its main door.
When I step out of my car, I heard someone was calling
behind my back. I looked back and I saw MS. ELLA MAE
BANNO waving at me. She is headed to the airport
because she became a flight attendant. We exchanged
kumustahan and I found out that she is now engaged
with ROMNICK LIZARDO.
Inside the coffee shop, I saw one of my batch mate – Mr.
John Lloyd Arsenio who was peacefully sitting.

ARSENIO
A Porsche pink car parked beside the main door of the
coffee shop. I am thinking wala bay parking lot dire? Very
ignorant! A car opened a girl wearing a very formal all
white dress and a body guard beside her. ohhhhh Nika?
Yes it was her, (NIKA NOOS). Nika and I talked like how
we acted in the past, seems nothing changed, a dreamer
girl is now a model of many car brands.
We had a convo and I talked to her that 10 years naman
diay ang nilabay, we are asking kumusta na kaha sila, our
classmates during high-school.

During our conversation, I heard my phone is ringing

(ring... ring.... ring...) So, it was my secretary.
Conversation….
-Hello! Good morning Sir Llyod. I would like to remind you
that you have a meeting today with the new investor.
Thus, I waved and said good bye to my successful friend –
Nika.

I am riding my car when I see a very big billboard.

Ohhhhhh! It was (HERMIE BULAY-OG III). I read the text
behind his picture. A well-known international engineer!?
(woow) I search in my social media accounts about him
and guess what? He built so many buildings and
infrastructure not only in the Philippines but also in the
other parts of the world.

I am now in my office where the meeting with my

investor be held. I am sitting alone and suddenly the door
opens.
Hello, good morning! Am I late?
A familiar voice shocked me, mabilis ko itong tiningnan
and guess who it is? (JIAN LONG-NO) The new investor
and a multi billionaire in Asia. A very famous
businesswoman who owned so many businesses all over
the world.

A few minutes later, ARMANDO VICENT and CYRIL

NAPULAG have arrived. We have waited for another
important investor to arrive before we started our
meeting. He is JACOB BARINA. Each of them owned big
business in the Philippines.

10 years ago in a year 2025 I remembered a famous line

"diploma o diskarte" But I choose diploma than diskarte
but see success is not measured whether you excel
academically or not, it is the hardwork, the persistence
and perseverance that will put you into the peak of life. I
was thinking nga people will change gyud diay, ang mga
ordinary nga studyante sa una was in this position
already. Our meeting was done and we shared stories
then we waved goodbye.

As usual, I went to my favorite coffee shop owned by my

best (CHARLYN QUEEN CORTEZ – PACTAO-IN) , tag iya na
siya now ug dako kaayo nga Coffee Shop maybe she can
compete from the jollibee, mcDo and even Mang inasal
pirmi puno ang iyang coffee shop kay lage bagtik kaayo
ug lamion kaayo ang iyang mga kape. JESSA PAMESA,
ALTHEA SARAOSOS, ANGEL MAE VILLAMOR, CHLOE
ESCOTE, ROSE MAE ESTOLAS and LYCA TARLE are the
shareholders of the coffee shop. These six Beautiful
ladies have contributed a lot and known as the biggest
shareholders not only in the Coffee Shop of Charlyn but
also even in my company and the company of Long-no.
While I am at the coffee shop, I am scrolling on YouTube
and watched the Bb. Pilipinas 2035 live show. KYLA MAE
NUMANCIA and LEIANA REIN BERDERA became the host
of Bb. Pilipinas. Top 3 are already announced. A girl in the
middle wearing a sash representing Agusan del Sur
caught my attention. First time in the history that Agusan
del Sur is included in the Top 3. Guess who it is? She is
our classmate beauty, CAREEL MAE BAGAANG. I finished
watching Bb. Pilipinas and Careel was crowned as 1 st
runners up.

And then I went to the condo where I am staying.

I woke up early morning to attend a graduation ceremony

to my alma mater. I have invited to be their guest
speaker. As I arrived in School, I am so amazed with the
new physical environment of the school. Ang bahaunon
nga area dati, turned to be a wide parking area. A
cafeteria for teachers have also built and classrooms are
very clean and colorful. And then I am also mesmerized
with the familiar personnel who welcomed and assisted
me. JELINE LARAGE, ANGELA AJETO, CELINE CABANGON,
KRIS LIM and ROSTICO SINGSON are now master
teachers. Then, the ceremony have started and Teacher
LOUREN GRACE BUENAFE with sir JAMES LAMOSTE are
the master of ceremony. They acknowledge their school
head and I got surprised because JELLIAN NICOLE FABAY
is their school principal. Then, FHERN GWENET DALAYAP
the Asst. School Principal was being mentioned.
Highlighted also is the familiar name who turned to be
the Superintendent, Ms. GEMMA MANASIS. How amazing
is it?!
After the ceremony, I went back to my condo and prepare
my luggage for my trip to Paris tomorrow.
--------------------------------------
Today is our flight for an international conference in Paris
together with CHANDA BAYON - ON, MARMALADE
SARAOSOS, PRINCESS MAE DERECHO and MONELVA
MAKASPI SALAS. The man driving an airplane or shall I
say a (Pilot) Caught my attention. He is wearing a white
coat, holding a cup and seriously executing the airplane
engine ohhhhh it was (FRANCIS JOSEPH ULAT), a skilled
and fearless pilot. His name is synonymous with bravery,
skill, and a passion for flight that will take him to dizzying
heights!".

During our flight, I heard a voice of a flight attendant. I

already recognized the voice, it was RAYJANE HEMOYA),
she want to become a flight attendant, to travel
somewhere and now she is already a flight attendant. We
are walking in the street of Paris when suddenly we see a
crowded people daghanay kaayog tao mansig bitbit silag
mga cameras they take pictures videos, my curiosity
brings me to them I see many beautiful and handsome
models, but one person caught my attention, a man who
speaks in front of a camera a very fluent, ang pamarog
grabe ka professional, way duha.x ni adto ko sa ila banda
but I am shocked it was him,(ARMAN LACAZA), he
became an artist na diay grabe na ka famous, dina ma
reach mao nang akung na ingon sa akung huna.x.
And then, I felt someone is tapping my back. To my
surprise, it was my very kind and motherly class adviser,
saying that it is around 5pm and I need to go home.
HAHAHA I was dreaming back then pala. What a picture-
perfect dream it was!
