DATA PROCESSING IN SPSS AND MATLAB CA

1 ) will in all the missing data in the excel file

2) Filter the data correctly

3) Save the excel file and import it into SPSS

4. Do all the necessary checks on SPSS and carry out frequency analysis on the data

5. Export the data in to MS word

6. Arrange the data into tables according to the questionnaire

7. Copy and paste each section of the table into MS Excel and transpose the tables

8. Generate bar charts using the transposed data

9. Copy and paste the charts under the tables

INSTRUCTIONS:

 Work in groups of 10 students


 Each question carries 5 marks
 The cover page should carry the name, matricule and percentage participation of each
student
 Latest date for submission: WEDNESSDAY 4Th JUNE 2025 by 12 noon
