Education in Schools.”

Need for Moral Education in Schools

- By Ankita

In today’s fast-paced and competitive world, values seem to be fading from the lives of the
young. The rise in bullying, intolerance, and unethical practices highlights the urgent need for
moral education in schools.

Moral education instils values such as honesty, empathy, responsibility, and respect. These
values not only shape better human beings but also ensure a harmonious society. Inculcating
morals at a young age can prevent juvenile crimes and promote positive behaviour.
Schools play a vital role in a child’s life. Apart from academics, they must focus on character
building. Activities like value-based storytelling, classroom discussions, and community
service should be part of the curriculum.

In conclusion, education must not merely be about getting jobs, but about creating good human
beings. The inclusion of moral education in school life is the need of the hour.

Question 2: CBSE 2018

Write an article in 150–200 words on “Benefits of Early Rising.” You are Arjun/Arpita.

Benefits of Early Rising

- By Arpita

Early to bed and early to rise makes a person healthy, wealthy and wise — this age-old saying
holds true even today. Waking up early brings multiple physical, mental, and emotional
benefits.

Early risers have more time to plan their day, engage in exercise, and eat a healthy breakfast.
This improves productivity and concentration. The morning environment is peaceful and free
of distractions, making it ideal for studying or working.

Scientifically, early rising is linked to better sleep quality and improved mental health. It
reduces stress and increases positivity throughout the day.

Many successful people around the world are early risers. Clearly, waking up early helps in
cultivating discipline and managing time effectively. Therefore, we should make a habit of
rising early and experience its lifelong advantages.
