Scope of Work: Sewage Treatment Plant
1. Provide operators on 08hrs / 12 hours Basis for manning the operations of the plant.
2. Supervisor / Chemist will visit the plant on a monthly basis.
3. Carry out all preventive maintenance as per the schedules devised by Nviro
4. Supply of lubrication oils and greases as may be required for the plant operations
5. Treated Water testing once from approved lab on monthly basis,
Exclusions from our Scope of work: Sewage Treatment Plant
1. Arrangement for disposal of excess treated water and sludge
2. The STP shall be operated as per the standard operating practices and procedures, developed by
Nviro and all care shall be taken to ensure that the parameters of the treated water are in line with
KSPCB Requirements. Nviro will not take any responsibility for not meeting the treated water quality
requirements in case of the following
a. If the quantity and quality of the incoming sewage varies beyond the designed parameter.
b. If paints and other inorganic materials are disposed in the STP.
c. Rain Water entry into the STP
3. Replacement of Media in the filters
4. Tanks cleaning
5. Any other item not specifically part mentioned in our offer.
6. In the case of water treatment plant, the salt required for regeneration of the water softener shall
be provided by the client.
Scope of work: Water Treatment Plant
1. Provide operators on 08hrs Basis for manning the operations of the water treatment plant and
terrace water softener plant.
2. Supervisor / Chemist will visit the plant on a monthly basis.
3. Carry out all preventive maintenance as per the schedules devised by Nviro
4. Supply of lubrication oils and greases as may be required for the plant operations
5. Our responsibility shall restrict to only maintaining the hardness of the WTP treated water at
less than 150ppm.
Exclusion from our Scope of work: Water Treatment Plant
1. Providing the required quantity of salt required for the regeneration of the water softener.
2. Arrangement for disposal of the water wasted during regeneration.
Payment Terms
1. Invoice for the operation and maintenance services will be raised on a monthly basis, and
payment for the same shall be released within 15 days.
Statutory Compliance:
1. All our operators will be covered under ESIC / EPF and labour laws, we will provide challan
copies for the statutory remittance on a monthly basis.
