Judges Biography

Our __________ judge is a proud native of Sitio Katipunan, Barangay D’lotilla, Isulan, Sultan
Kudarat. He is well-regarded in both professional and pageant communities for his dedication,
talent, and passion.

He completed his Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy with flying colors from Sultan Kudarat State
University, Tacurong City Campus.

His professional journey began in the corporate world, where he served as a Junior Internal
Auditor for Emthec Philippines Inc. in Cubao, Quezon City. He then went on to work with the
Palawan Pawnshop Group, taking on the vital role of Area Human Resources Coordinator for
the Soccsksargen West Area based in General Santos City for seven years.

At present, he is employed in the Department of Education as an Administrative Officer II of

Tinonggos Elementary School.

A multi-talented individual, he was 2nd runner-up for Mr. HR 2019 at Palawan Pawnshop
Group’s Annual Human Resource General Meeting in Makati City. He’s also a passionate dancer,
event organizer, and pageant enthusiast having served as organizer, handler, and judge in
various local competitions.

He lives by the powerful principle in life: “Work hard in silence, let success be your noise,”

Ladies and gentlemen, with great pride and honor, let us welcome our ______ judge Mr.
Rodolfo L. Lebuna, fondly known as “AO Mackie”.
