– Hybrid electric vehicles, including the integration of internal combustion engines (ICE) and electric propulsion
systems.Analyze the environmental benefits of HEVs, including reduced greenhouse gas emissions and improved
fuel efficiency.
Projects
Hybrid Energy Harvesting Model using Piezoelectric Materials and Solar Panel,
•

Make a innovative hybrid energy harvesting system combining solar and piezoelectric sensor to generate maximum renewable energy.
– Designed a hybrid system that integrates photovoltaic cells with piezoelectric materials, capturing energy from
both sunlight and mechanical vibrations(Footstep,Wind Vibration).
– Engineered a power management circuit that combines the two energy sources, optimizing energy collection,
storage, and distribution to enhance overall system efficiency
– Improved energy reliability by ensuring continuous power supply from mechanical vibrations during low sunlight
periods and Night Time,
– The project implement with the using components Piezoelectric Sensors,Solar Panel, Battery,Rectifier,Inverter

Voltage Regulator
•

Designed and implemented a dual-output voltage regulator which convert 230 ac voltage into +/-5 output DC voltage
– Used Voltage Regulator(LM7805 LM 7905),Rectifier Circuit,Filter Circuit,Step Down Transformer
– In this project We implement the concept of power electronics such as rectifeir circuit and filter circuit and simulate
on the proteus software and prepare a hardware model

• Automated Level Crossing


Automatically manages the opening and closing of railway crossing gates to ensure safety for vehicles and pedestrians.
– The aim of project is to automate the gate at a railway level crossing and to alert the vehicles near the gate and
the officials in unavoidable situation. This idea reduces the accidents caused at level crossing due to human error
and also it is time efficient.
– Integrated sensors to detect approaching trains, automatically controlling gate operations and alert systems (lights
and sounds).
