BACKGROUND:
Col. Vicente E. Maristela sr. Memorial Elementary School has 2 temporary
Learning space that needs major repair that will provide a conducive teaching and
learning environment that could improve pupil’s performance, the said repair was
referred to the SGC to help them realizing said project. With this the SGC of this
school crafted a resolution to address the problem and designated the PTA as
project supervisor.
OBJECTIVE/S:
The project aims to:
1. To craft a Council Resolution endorsing to LGU and other school
stakeholders requesting financial assistance for the said project
2. To conduct immediate Major repair of 2 temporary Learning space
3. To provide a conducive learning space to enhance teaching and learning
process
.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
The main activities to be conducted for this project are:
1. MA1
a. Crafting of Council Resolution
2. MA2
a. Council Resolution shall endorse to LGU and other school
stakeholders
3. MA3

a. PTA will monitor the implementation of the project.

EXPECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
The project aims to accomplish the following:
