in Kenya. (24 Marks)

4. Discuss any one of the following statements:

 Inequality is the root cause of women’s disaster vulnerability. (24 Marks)

 It takes a disaster for the political will to act. (24 Marks)

5. Citing specific examples, describe what it entails in the post-stage of disaster


management. (24 Marks)
