COURSE OBJECTIVE
To gain the knowledge about Basics of MS OFFICE, POWERPOINT and MS EXCEL.
Hours Allotted: 30 Hrs
LIST OF EXPERIMENTS
CYCLE – I
1. Study of basic computer software and Hardware’s.
2. Leave Letter Creation using M.S. Word
3. Make a passage and using of Bullets, Numbering, and Borders using M.S.Word
4. Prepare a Resume using M.S.Word
5. Create a Power point Presentation with custom Animation.
6. Add text, images, art, and videos using Power point.

CYCLE – II
7. Save to One Drive, to get to your presentations from your computer, tablet, or phone.
8. Customizing the Quick Access Toolbar using M S Word, Excel & Power Point
9. Working with Data: Entering, Editing, Copy, Cut, Paste, Paste Special using M.S Excel
10. Highlights and main functions: Home, Insert, page layout, formulas using M.S Excel.
11. Formulas and use of functions, data analysis using charts and graphs using M.S Excel.
12. Manipulating Data, Names and Ranges, Filters and Sort using M.S Excel.

After the completion of the course the students can be able to,
CO1: Understand the use of Basics of computer and Letter writing.
