Crate part replenishment in Sap EWM

• This strategy is related to the production supply, which can be used to service the Production
Supply Areas (PSA) with fixed quantities.

• Starts when the stock level in the Production Supply Area falls below the Minimum Quantity (or
Minimum Crate Quantity).

• The quantity is calculated taking into account the Replenishment Quantity (or the number of
containers to be replenished).

Configuration:
1. Define Warehouse Process Type

2. Determine Warehouse Process Type

3. Activate Replenishment Strategies in Storage Types


4. Maintain Product Group Type

5. Define Product Groups


6. Maintain Product with Product Group (CRATE_PART)

7. Map SAP ERP Order Type to SAP EWM Document Type

8. Map SAP ERP Order Type to SAP EWM Item Type

Testing
1. Create Production Order Using T-code – CO01

Here I have taken Item RAW-MAT-04 (for Crate part Replenishment)

2. Maintain Production Material Request Using T-code /SCWM/PMR


3. Replenish stock Using T-code /SCWM/REPL

Here I have selected as Crate Part Replenishment and Execute it

After Execute
click on execute ware task created.
