Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally request the refund of my SACCO contributions following my transition


from PN Mashru LTD/AL-BARAKAT AGENCY to a new employer. I have been a member of
your SACCO and have consistently contributed to the scheme during my tenure.

As I am going to exit PN Mashru LTD on 31st may 2025, I kindly request that all my savings be
processed and disbursed to me. I would appreciate it if the refund could be processed at your
