1. Konter penerbangan domestik dibuka 2 jam dan ditutup 30 menit sebelum keberangkatan. Khusus Bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta
ditutup 45 menit sebelum keberangkatan. Konter penerbangan Internasional dibuka 3 jam dan ditutup 1 jam sebelum keberangkatan. Akan lebih
baik jika Anda tiba di bandara lebih awal dari perkiraan. Untuk web/mobile check-in hanya untuk penerbangan domestik mulai dari 48 Jam
sebelum waktu keberangkatan.
Domestic flight counters open 2 hours and close 30 minutes before departure. Especially for Soekarno Hatta International Airport, it closes 45
minutes before departure. International flight counters open 3 hours and close 1 hour before departure. It is even better to arrive at the airport
earlier than expected. Web/mobile check-in available only for domestic flights starting from 48 hours before departure time.

3. Diperkenankan membawa 1 (satu) buah bagasi kabin berat maksimal 7 kg dimensi maksimal 56 cm x 36 cm x 23 cm (Airbus A320); 41 cm x 34
cm x 17 cm (ATR 72-600). Tambahan tas jinjing/kantong/tas kecil dimensi maksimal 40 cm x 30 cm x 10 cm harus bisa muat di bawah kursi di
depan Anda (tidak berlaku jika Anda duduk di kursi pintu darurat). Jika bagasi kabin melebihi ketentuan berat dan dimensi yang telah ditetapkan
maka akan dikenakan biaya sesuai ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan dan dianggap sebagai bagasi tercatat.
