Dear Sir,

Subject:- NOCfor granting loan on property

This is to inform you that we have obtained property bearing


on lease basis for a period of
years starting from on amonthly rental of Rs
under registered lease agreement dated from its absolute owner

It is learnt that our lessor/land lord obtaining housing finance


from your bank mortgaging the said propertyi.e.

In view of the above, we hereby convey oUr NO OBJECTION for having mortgaged the
said property in favour of your Bank and also for creating further mortgage over the said
property in favour of the Bank, as a security for the loan or any additional loan to be
availed by our land lord from your Bank.

We hereby further confirm that you will have first charge on the property and the lease
agreement dated entered by us with is
subject to the terms and conditions of the loan agreement entered by him with you.
Notwithstanding anything contained in our Lease Deed dated We
hereby undertake to hand over vacant and peaceful possession of the said property to
the Bank in the event of the Bank enforcing its right over the said property consequent
uponnon payment of the loan/savailed by our land lord
