Dear Sir,
With reference to the aforementioned communications, please find below the status update for
the respective sites:
a) 11th NDRF, Varanasi
1. Sunshades not fixed – Completed. (Image attached for your reference.)
2. Soak pit not provided for waste water connection – Out of scope.
3. Approach road pending – Plan shared on 17.05.2025; work completed accordingly.
4. Electricity connection not completed – Completed. (Image attached.)
5. U-shape open drain work pending – No drawing or design for the same was provided.
Work was completed under supervision of OIC. It is not feasible to proceed with it.
6. Floor tile repair work not completed – Completed. (Image attached.)
7. Only one inspection chamber provided in septic tank – Completed. (Image attached.)
8. Sanitary work not completed – Completed. (Image attached.)
b) Bn HQ Ghumanhera, 16th Bn NDRF
1. Providing and laying 05 cum cement concrete for approach footpath and site
development – Plan shared on 17.05.2025; work completed accordingly.
2. Installation of one window with mosquito net – Completed. (Image attached.)
3. Paint on plinth level – Completed. (Image attached.)
4. Installation of sunshades for external windows – Completed. (Image attached.)
5. Hydraulic door closers for both doors – Completed. (Image attached.)
6. Variation in items/quantities executed on ground and as per BOQ – Inventory

c) RRC R.K. Puram, 16th Bn NDRF
1. Providing and laying 05 cum cement concrete for approach footpath and site
development – Not required by user.

3. Paint on plinth level – Completed. (Image attached.)
4. 100 AMP Bus-bar with external service connection – Completed. (Image attached.)
5. Lightning arrester with Earthing – Completed. (Image attached.)
6. False ceiling damaged due to heavy winds in veranda and partially inside barracks

7. Installation of window sunshades for outer windows – Completed. (Image attached.)

d) 09 NDRF, Patna
1. Eaves gutter and downpipes on rooftop not completed – A drawing was submitted to
you depicting the roof op projection. Cutting the sheet and proceed with rain gutter it will
directly affect your verandah. Modification at this stage is not feasible. Deduction may
be made, if deemed necessary.
2. Window grills not provided – Completed. (Image attached.)
3. Curtain rods not provided on door openings – Completed. (Image attached.)
4. GI wires for tying mosquito nets in barracks – Completed. (Image attached.)
5. Tower bolts on inner side of doors – Completed. (Image attached.)
6. Peg sets/coat hooks in barracks – Completed. (Image attached.)
7. Ladder for water tank staging not provided properly – – Work was completed under
supervision of OIC. No drawing or design for the same was provided. ; It is not feasible
to proceed with it.
8. Ceiling fan installation as per SOW – Completed. (Image attached.)
9. False ceiling not fixed properly – Completed. (Image attached.)
10. 5 cum cement concrete road and development work – Completed.
11. Excavated earth not levelled properly – Completed. (Image attached.)
12. Sanitary fittings such as geysers, mirrors, towel rails etc. not installed – Completed.
