Virtual Job Interview?
The Virtual job interview is a discussion that leverages
technology as an enabler for candidate and the
interviewer to have a video / audio call whilst both of
them are at different locations
Organizations have been practicing this e-meeting facility
since decades now. This mode has picked up steam owing
to the the current Covid scenario as we have travel and
inperson meeting restrictions.

During the interview
Eliminate distractions from the interview spot Dress Code & Conduct

- Mobile should be on DND / airplane mode - Be succinct with your answers but those should not be one word

After the interview
Thank You & Follow Up
- Send a thank you note over mail to the recruiter, if you have interview panel coordinates
then send them a thank you note as well.
- Follow up for feedback and the next process, may be once a week at the max or as
suggested by the TA partner – you should not be seen as desperate or not interested.
- If you have alternate offer, share this information with the TA partner as it can help them
hasten the process
