Order 7 Rule 14 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) deals with production of documents by the

plaintiff at the time of filing the plaint. When filing a civil suit, any document on which the plaintiff relies
must be filed with the plaint or within a stipulated period after.

In the Delhi High Court, if you're filing an Application under Order 7 Rule 14 CPC, you're essentially
asking the court to take on record certain documents which were not filed originally with the plaint, or
to place already-filed documents formally on record.
