Dear Mr. Atul,

With the reference to your application and the subsequent personal discussion we had with you on
04/11/2024, We DHOOT ELECTRICALS SYSTEMS [Link] do hereby pleased to offer you the employment
for the post of "Jr. Engineer -Quality (Level-L1)'as per terms &conditions discussed and mutually agreed
during personal discussion.
1. You shall be paid wages/salary&allowances as under: -Gross 16000/- Per Month
2. You are required to work at our Shenda - SEZ {6301), or at any other place as informed to you from
time to time. Your services are liable to be transferred from one shift to another (with one day's notice),
from one work to another (without notice) from one place to another anywhere in India (with one weeks'
notice) where the Company has undertaken its work.
At the time of joining, report to HR- Department for completing the joining formalities. Please bring
all the original documents for verification at above mentioned factory address as well as copy of the
following documents, as applicable.
1) Certificate in proof of age & Certificate in respect of educational qualification.
2) Experience / relieving letter /Resignation, acceptances letter from the last employer.
4) Latest 3 months alary slips from the last employer,
5) Recent passport size photograph (5-copies).
6) identity Proof Xerox copy of (Driving license/Election Card/Passport)
7) Pan Card &Aadhar card -copy mandatory (Original for verification).
8) Medical fitness certificate.
9)Address Proof Xerox copy of (Electricity Bill/Election Card/ Passport/ Driving License/Aadhar card)
10) Form -16 from Last employer (not applicable to fresher's).

You are requested to join on or before 04" November 2024 Detailed appointment letter will be issued to
you immediately after your joining.

Please counter sign acopy of this letter as a token of your aCceptance and return the same to us.
