Situated at Kasal Village, Hathnoora Mandal, Medak District purchased from 1). Kanjarla Anjaiah
S/o. Kannaiah & 2). Kanjarla Ramulu S/o. Kannaiah, through registered sale deed document No.
815/1982 registered on 18-06-1982 and registered in the office of sub-registrar Narsapoor.
Whereas, Smt. Rukmini W/o. Vasudev, was the absolute owner and peaceful possessor of
all that agricultural dry land in Survey No.322, admeasuring Ac. 0-14 gts.,, in Survey No.323,
admeasuring Ac. 1-00 Gts., in Survey No.324/E, admeasuring Ac. 2-00 Gts, totally admeasuring
Ac. 3-14 Gts., Situated at Kasal Village, Hathnoora Mandal, Medak District, purchased from 1).

situated Kasala Village of Hathnoora Mandal, Medak District for the purpose of non-agriculture
i.e., for Commercial Purpose and the permission is hereby accorded for conversion of the
Agricultural Land into Non-Agriculture purpose vide Proc. No. C/1595/2014 dated. 03-09-2014

Panchayat shows that permission is granted for construction of Ground + 2 Upper Floor in respect
of in Survey Nos.323/B4 & 324/B, Situated at Kasal Village and Grampanchayath, Hathnoora
Mandal, Sangareddy District.

respect of the above schedule property for the period from 14-05-1995 to 11-05-2025 reflects the

of Vagulagadda Srinivas Reddy.
Part-11: EVIDENCE OF TITLE OF PROPERTY:-
Online E.C. No.: 194757200 dated: 09-05-2025 issued by the Sub Registrar- Jogipet for the
period between 01-01-1983 to 08-05-2025 in respect of the above said property, which disclose that
property is mortgaged with AXIS BANK during the said period except the above said
transactions. Further the said property is not tainted by any encumbrances, attachments, and claims
either from the state or central Government or other local bodies or third party claims, liens etc.
during the period from 01-01-1983 to 08-05-2025.
After perusing the above said documents, I am of opinion that the above said property of
Sri. Vagulagadda Srinivas Reddy S/o. V. Rukma Reddy, has got clear and marketable title and it
is free from all encumbrances and liabilities from 01-01-1983 to 08-05-2025, Subject to mortgage
to be released from AXIS BANK LIMITED
