2. Evaluation Plan
The evaluation will be carried out in two phases: a formative evaluation
throughout the program and a summative evaluation at the end of the program.
This approach ensures that any issues are identified early, allowing for
adjustments before the final assessment.
In the formative evaluation, data will be gathered continuously through
observations, feedback, and ongoing assessments. This will include monitoring
teachers' implementation of CoRT methodology, reviewing lesson plans, and
gathering student feedback. Teachers will also be asked to reflect on their
experience with the program, providing valuable insights into any challenges or
successes they encounter while applying the Six Thinking Hats.
At the end of the program, the final evaluation will check how successful the
program was in improving students’ writing. Students’ writing before and after the
program will be compared to see how much it has improved. Feedback from both
students and teachers will be gathered to evaluate how satisfied they are with the
program and how well it worked.
A final report will summarize these results through utilizing the evaluation tool
from the school QATAME every end of the quarter.
