Terms & Conditions :-

1. This Policy is starting from 1st July-24 and will end on 31st July-24.
2. All the margin will be applicable as mentioned above.
3. Rebate Calculation Will As Per Sale Upload+Activation & MOP Basic Price (MOP/1.18).
[Note: Activation will be consider till 1st of next month.]
4. All model QTY will be count for VIP target achievment.
5. If company found any activity like, Preactivation,missuse of branding materials, selling stock out side of the region, than
company has right to cancel all the payout.

Under Section 194R of Income Tax Act, if a business gives its distributors or channel partners any such perquisites or incentives, which is partly in cash or kind, then they are
required to deduct a TDS @ 10%. So TDS U/s 194R will be Applicable in this Scheme also.
