Test Plan

Present Condition: Test object is kept at Pressure of 5 Bar


1. Work Sequence : First : In uniform field

Test Sequence: Lightening impulse Breakdown test


Standard Pulse 1.2/50 μs standard
15 Pulse for both polarity
Time Interval between each pulse 1.5 MINS

where U0 is the lowest breakdown voltage that occurred (or non-breakdown depending on which is the rarer),
∆U is the 3% step voltage and N is the number of rarer events. If the number of rarer events is breakdowns,
the sign in Equation (4) will be negative, or in the case of non-breakdown the sign will be positive.

2. Work Sequence : Second

Release the gas to chemical solution


Clean of surface
Change of Electrode to Non – Uniform electrode: Keep at 5mm
Vacuum the set
Fill the gas with 30% SO2 + 70% CO2
Test Sequence: Power Frequency Test
