DOTRIC RECORDS EXCLUSIVE

ARTIST AGREEMENT
This Exclusive Artist Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into on the 25th of April,
2025, by and between:

Dotric Records, hereinafter referred to as “the Label”, and

Raphael Ogunbayo Adegonke, professionally known as Don Fresh, residing in Nigeria,


hereinafter referred to as “the Artist”.

1. Purpose
The Label agrees to distribute all songs recorded by the Artist during the Term of this
Agreement.

The Label will provide partial production support, including mixing, mastering, or minor
recording enhancements where necessary.

2. Exclusivity
The Artist agrees to exclusively grant Dotric Records the rights to distribute and partially
produce their music throughout the Term.

The Artist shall not engage in any other distribution agreements without the written
consent of the Label.

3. Ownership
The Artist retains ownership of all master recordings.

The Label is granted the non-transferable, exclusive right to distribute and promote the
Artist’s works during the term.

4. Royalty Split
The net revenue from music sales, streaming, and licensing shall be split:

70% to the Artist and 30% to the Label.

Net revenue refers to income after platform fees, distribution costs, and third-party
deductions.

5. Production Contribution
The Label may provide partial production services as agreed upon on a per-project basis.
Final versions must be approved by the Artist before distribution.

6. Term and Renewal


This Agreement shall be in effect for a period of two (2) years starting April 25th, 2025.

Upon mutual agreement, this contract may be extended for an additional number(s) of
year.

7. Artist Obligations
The Artist agrees to deliver completed, original works that are free from third-party
claims.

The Artist is responsible for ensuring that all collaborations and samples are cleared
before submission.

8. Label Obligations
The Label will ensure distribution of all accepted works to major digital platforms.

The Label will support basic promotional efforts to help maximize visibility and
commercial success.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice in the event of
breach of terms.

Termination does not remove obligations for any songs already released under this
Agreement.

10. Miscellaneous
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria.

Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

This document represents the full agreement between the Label and the Artist.
