3:30 PM - 5:00 PM - Board Subject Slot: English/Psychology/Painting (alternate days)
5:00 PM - 7:00 PM - Focused Physics Practice (Concepts + NCERT + PYQs)
7:00 PM - 7:30 PM - Break / Walk / Power Nap
7:30 PM - 9:00 PM - Biology: NCERT + High-Yield NEET Modules + Diagrams
9:00 PM - 10:00 PM - Dinner + Light relaxation (No screen)
10:00 PM - 11:30 PM - Chemistry Practice (Alternating Organic/Inorganic/Physical)
11:30 PM - 1:00 AM - Practice NEET MCQs (Physics Focus)
1:00 AM - 2:00 AM - Psychology Research / Reading / Notes
2:00 AM - 3:00 AM - Quick Revision of key formulas/diagrams (Rotating Subjects)
Physics Improvement Strategy:
- Start with NCERT and ensure conceptual clarity before using reference books.
- Watch video lectures (Physics Wallah, Unacademy, or YouTube channels like Aman Dhattarwal, New Era).
- Solve NCERT back questions and Exemplar problems first.
- Dedicate a notebook for formulas and derivations; revise it daily.
- Use books like HC Verma (Vol I & II), D.C. Pandey series for NEET, and NEET previous year questions.
- Practice 50100 questions daily from key chapters like Mechanics, Modern Physics, and Electrostatics.
- Join a Physics-specific doubt group or discuss problems regularly with mentors/peers.
- Revise with short notes and practice time-bound mock tests weekly.
