Greetings from Sri Siddhartha Medical College.
It is a great honour and privilege to invite you to our
second “SSMUN’25 - Model United Nations” which will
take place on our campus on 25th, 26th, 27th June 2025.
Sri Siddhartha Medical College (SSMC), Tumkur,
founded in 1988, nurtures medical professionals
committed to health, care & excellence. Located on a
250 acre green campus, SSMC offers premier education
and health care services, just 76 km from Bengaluru,
embodying the vision of “Entrancing Education to Reach
the Unreached.”

led Model United Nations is a confluence of

Key Activities as a Delegate:
Represent a country and take on the role of the
representative.
Engage in critical conversations addressing
some of the most pressing issues.
Step into the world of policy making and
international relations.

Cover committee debates, interview delegates
of country, create engaging social media posts
and articles to capture the essence of the event
as a Delegate of Press.

LOK SABHA
Discover the vibrant core of Indian democracy
with the Mock Parliament – Lok Sabha at
SSMUN. This simulation offers delegates a
dynamic platform to experience the workings
of the world's largest democracy.
Key Activities as a Parliamentarian:
Represent a constituency or political party
LOK SABHA
as an MP.
Debate and deliberate on a proposed bill,
such as one addressing sustainability or
education reform.
Collaborate with the ruling party or
opposition to shape outcomes.
Vote on legislation under the supervision
of the Speaker & Deputy Speaker who
ensures procedural integrity.
