ORDER
Before this office is a Complaint/Petition for the Disqualification of awarded land under
TCT No. 159-CARP2023000226, containing an area of 2.0161 has. more or less,
located at Brgy. Binucayan, Municipality of Loreto, Province of Agusan del Sur.

Pursuant to Section 16.8 of the DAR Administrative Order (A.O) No. 3, series of 2017
entitled or known as “2017 Rules for Agrarian Law Implementation (ALI) Cases”
provides that “The Investigating Officer shall require the parties to simultaneously submit
their respective position papers within 10 days from the receipt of the Order attaching
thereto the draft decision together with a soft copy (in CD or USB) written in any popular
word-processing program, furnishing a copy thereof to all parties.”

After a careful review of the documents submitted, the Respondents are directed to file
his/her Answer/Comment to the Petition and Position Paper of the Petitioner as herewith
attached.
