Upon review of the case folder, it was ascertained that Mr. Mario Buron was already
disqualified pursuant to a Resolution issued by the DARAB, dated April 15, 2003
rendering the subsequent Petition moot and academic.

Further, in accordance with the directive from the DAR Regional Office, which stipulates
that the qualification and reallocation of awards to potential agrarian reform
beneficiaries within CARP-covered landholdings fall primarily under the authority of the
Municipal Agrarian Reform Officer (MARPO), as outlined in DAR Administrative Order
No. 3, Series of 2017 (the 2017 Rules on Agrarian Law Implementation), we are hereby
