The ability to identify and manage your own emotions and the
emotions of others.

It is the largest single predictor of success in the workplace.

Being aware that emotions can drive our behaviour and impact
people (positively and negatively)

Learning how to manage those emotions – both our own and others
– especially when we are under pressure.

leader.
