On-going study is very important, and that teachers must maintain their own dignity.
4. Classroom Troubleshooting
Confronted issues that may come up as teachers, such as student characterized
troubles, in-class participation tactics, and how to cope with repeated lectures.
Ways to handle dilemmas using ethical and professional teaching standards as a
base.
Encouraged peer-to-peer support and cooperation for tackling problems.
5.Professional Development Measures
Increasingly thought about engaged ways to improve oneself, including participation
in training, attendance at workshops and joining in professional colleges.
Encouraged reflective practice and inviting a mentor to enhance oneself as a teacher.
Inverse innovative measures are adopted and used to try to raise student
achievement while still maintaining ethos standards applicable to all.
Open Forum and Future Strategies with Action Plan
Participants shared their experiences and thoughts about ethical teaching. Now they
have crystallised actions to take in future.
Developed an action plan with clear goals and methods of responsibility for turning
the ideas discussed into reality inside the classroom.
The instructor concluded by encouraging everybody to keep up their high standards
