This is project based on “A STUDY ON HUMAN RESOURCES PRACTICES AT


KAMA ENCORE SOLUTION PVT LTD, VAPI . The main objective of this study
is to understand the main reasons behind the HUMAN RESOURCES
PRACTICES & how management can control HR PRACTICES ratio in the
company through survey.
