On – exact dates, days of the week
We have lessons on Mondays.
Her birthday is on Sunday.
They have a meeting on Friday.

At- exact time, at night

We have a lesson at 2pm.


The meeting is at 8 in the morning.
I’ll see you at 5 o’clock.

On – surfaces

At – specific points

We will meet at the café.


The train is at the station.
