HELLO everyone, my name is Quoc Vinh, and my name is spelled V-I-N-H.
I’m
originally from Phu Yen Province but now based in Ho Chi Minh City. I’m currently
studying at Saigon University, majoring in Finance and Banking. Besides my
academic journey, I work as a freelance video editing. This job allows me to earn
extra income and improve my daily life. My main responsibility is to take clients'
ideas and turn them into engaging content that attracts audiences on social media
platforms like Facebook and TikTok. Outside of work, I love learning new languages,
hanging out with friends, and meeting new people. SO IT'S really great to meet
everyone in here
TOPIC 1
1/ Which are your strongest/weakness intelligences?
"Well, I think my strongest intelligence is Interpersonal (Social) Intelligence. I enjoy
talking to people, making new friends, and working in a team. In my job, I often
communicate with clients, understand their ideas. This job has helped me improve my
ability to connect with others and express ideas effectively."
"However, my weakness is Musical Intelligence. I love listening to music, but I’m not
very skilled at playing instruments or recognizing musical notes. I’m not very talented
at singing either. But I still enjoy music as a way to relax and have fun."
2/Can you talk about some different kinds of intelligence
you know?
"Yeah! I think intelligence is not just about being good at school. People can be smart
in different ways such as Musical, Social, and Physical Intelligence.
First, Musical Intelligence is about sounds and rhythms. People with this skill are
good at singing or playing instruments. I love listening to music, but I can’t play any
instruments.
Next, Social Intelligence is about understanding people and talking to them. People
with this skill make friends easily and work well in teams. I think I have this because,
as a video editor, I talk to clients a lot and turn their ideas into videos.
Finally, Physical Intelligence is about being good at controlling your body.. People
with this skill are good at activities like swimming or climbing. For me, I’m not very
good at these, so this is not my strength.
TOPIC 2
1/How often do you use public transportation?
"I rarely use public transportation because I usually ride my motorbike. It’s more
convenient and faster. I don’t have to wait for the bus or follow a fixed schedule. I can
go anywhere I want at any time, which makes my daily life easier.
Sometimes, I take the metro when I need to travel far or when there is too much
traffic. The metro is fast, clean, and comfortable, but I don’t use it often. Riding my
motorbike is still the best choice for me because it helps me save time and gives me
more freedom.
2/ What kinds of transportation do you like best ? why (2,3
reasons)
I like motorbikes the best because they are fast, convenient, and flexible.
First, motorbikes help me save time. I don’t have to wait for a bus, and I can take
shortcuts to avoid traffic jam .Second, they are very convenient. I can go anywhere I
want, anytime I need, without following a fixed schedule. Finally, riding a motorbike
is cheaper than taking taxis or using "Ride-sharing services like Grab, Gojek, Be, or
Uber. I only need to pay for fuel, which is quite affordable.
3/ Does your country have a good public transportation system?
"Yes, I think Vietnam’s public transportation system is improving. We have buses in
most cities, and they are quite affordable. However, they can be slow and crowded,
especially during rush hours.
Recently, Vietnam has introduced the metro system in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
The metro is fast, modern, and more comfortable than buses. I think in the future,
when more metro lines are built, public transportation will be much better.
Right now, many people still like motorbikes because they are more convenient, but
public transportation is getting better step by step."
TOPIC 3
Give two tips to improve your memory
Well, I think memory is very important in daily life, especially for students like
me. Sometimes I forget things, so I try to find ways to improve my memory.
I have two easy tips that help.
First, I often don’t sleep enough, so my brain doesn’t work very well.
That’s why I think getting enough sleep is really important. When I sleep well, I
can think clearly and remember things better. But when I sleep late or don’t rest
enough, I feel tired and forgetful.
Second, I write things down.
When I write important things in a notebook, it helps me remember better. I
often write to-do lists or notes when I study. Writing makes my brain remember
the information longer.
Way to improve your memory?
Well, there are many ways to improve memory, but I want to share three simple
tips that work for me.
First, I try to get enough sleep.
I used to stay up late a lot, and it made me tired and forgetful. Now I sleep
earlier, and I feel my brain works better and I can remember things more clearly.
Second, I write things down.
When I write notes or make to-do lists, it helps me remember better. It also
makes my study or work more organized.
Finally, I review information regularly.
Instead of learning something one time, I go back and review it again after a few
days. This really helps me remember for a long time, especially when I study for
exams.
How can you improve your thinking skills?/ Your daily
memory?
Improving thinking skills is closely related to how we live our daily life. First,
having a healthy routine is important. If we don’t sleep well or rest enough, our
thinking gets slower. That’s why we should work, but also take time to relax, so
our brain can stay fresh
Next, doing activities like reading, doing homeworks , or learning new things
can help improve critical thinking. These activities challenge our brain and
encourage us to think better.
Exercise also plays a big role. Physical activity increases blood flow to the
brain, which helps improve memory and focus. That’s why doing some exercise
every day can really help you think more clearly
Finally, managing stress is key. Practices like meditation or taking breaks during
the day can clear your mind and help you think better.
TOPIC 4
1/What was an important event in your life
An important event in my life was when I started university. It was a big change
for me because I had to live away from home and be more independent. At first,
it was hard, but over time, I learned how to manage my time, meet new people,
and solve problems independently. This experience helped me grow a lot and
opened up many new opportunities for me.
2.describe a memory event in your life
A memory I’ll never forget is is when my family went through a difficult time
and lost all our money. It was really hard because we couldn’t afford many
things we needed. I remember feeling worried and unsure about what would
happen next. My parents tried their best to stay strong, but I could see how
stressed they were. It taught me a lot about how life can change quickly, and
how important it is to stay strong during difficult times. Athough it was a sad
time, we worked together and got through it.
What can help you live a happy life
Living a happy life isn’t just about one thing; it’s a combination of many factors.
Personally, I believe that there are a few key things that can really help achieve
happiness.
First of all, having enough money to meet basic needs and enjoy life is
important. Money gives us security and reduces stress, allowing us to focus on
what’s truly important in life
Second, knowledge and continuous learning play a huge role. education opens
up new opportunities. This learning journey gives my life direction and a feeling
of achievement
"Sports and good health also play a big role in our happiness. Exercising
keeps the body healthy, boosts energy levels, and helps clear the mind.
When we’re in good shape, it’s easier to enjoy life, stay positive, and reduce
stress."
