Dear Mr Lara,

With great regret, I am writing to inform you that I am resigning from my position as Operations
Customer Expert I effective immediately as of tomorrow's date April 26, 2025.

I would like to apologize for not providing the expected 1 weeks' notice. However, due to
circumstances outside my control, I must leave the company immediately.
