Arabic Lesson Plan: Al-Qamar & Al-Shams

This lesson plan aims to teach Arabic students the differences between solar and lunar letters, how to form nouns with the definite article "al", and identify new vocabulary words from a reading passage. The teacher will use PowerPoint and an overhead display to introduce new grammar rules and a story. Students will do exercises to practice the new concepts, then independently use an online audio resource to practice greetings. Their understanding will be evaluated through additional exercises identifying words and writing with correct vocalization.
