introductory course covering fundamental programming topics such as

course aims to simplify these concepts and provides a solid foundation for
new coaches and is a recommended prerequisite to the OPEX Coaching

CLIENT ASSESSMENT OVERVIEW
The course begins by covering the foundation for designing any program, The OPEX
Body, Move, and Work Assessment. In this section, coaches learn about assessing a
client’s body composition, movement patterns, and work capacity.
ENERGY SYSTEM TRAINING OVERVIEW
In this course, you will also be exposed to the fundamental principles of Energy
System Training. This training methodology focuses on the body’s three energy
systems: alactic (Gain), lactic (Pain), and aerobic (Sustain). This section concludes
with a section focused on programming bridging the gap between learning and
implementing.
SIX CLIENT AVATARS
Included in Programming: Principles are six videos on client avatars. These avatars
take your learning one step further giving you tactical knowledge that you can
directly apply to your coaching practice.
