Pet Friendly Policy

Dear Guest,
Thank you for choosing the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Bemidji, Minnesota. We know that
your pet is part of your family and we would like to accommodate him or her just as any other guest in
our hotel. To best serve all of our guests, we ask that you please review our policy regarding pets as
guests in the hotel.
We require that all pets staying at the hotel be under 80 pounds and each room is limited to a
maximum of two pets. There will be a $50 non-refundable service charge for having your pet during
your stay. The service charge is to cover the cost of cleaning the room after departure.
All pets must be in a crate or suitable carrier in the room while you are away. This is for the safety of
the housekeepers as well as the pet while your room is being serviced.
Pets are not allowed in any of the common areas including the lobby, breakfast area, and pool area. Pet friendly
rooms are located on the first floor to allow for an easy entry and exit with your pet on the west end of the
building. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets.
Pets must not disturb other guests. Fair warning will be given only once following any noise complaints. Pets
must be on leash when not in room.
Pets will be allowed at our discretion. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodations to anyone with a
pet or a pet with poor demeanor.
Service animals used for physical assistance are not subject to the $50 service charge; however the owner
may be liable if their animal causes any damage to hotel property.
