ensure compliance to all HSE programs.
Carry out occupational health and safety inspections according to the approved
program in order to detect safety, fire hazards, and unsafe practices and conditions.
Monitor all HSE procedures and recommend strategies to avoid all accidents and
implement all health and safety hazards for all sites.
Monitor all conservation and protection programs and maintain hygiene at facility at
all times and prepare required status reports.
Manage communication strategies and prepare required safety alerts and implement
an efficient site safety training programs and perform investigation to eliminate all
issues.
Facilitate incident reporting and investigation in a timely manner.
Participates in task risk assessment and ensures that mitigation measures are
identified in the work permits and knowledge of hazards is cascaded to those who
are carrying out the task.
Advice supervisory personnel on all matters related to safety.
Conduct surveys like a noise survey and a personal protective equipment survey.
Ensure the implementation of the company’s policy is being followed during the
construction and commissioning projects.
Ensure the permit-to-work requirements are met, particularly when commencing
critical activities and critical areas.
Participate in accident and incident investigation and documentation of reports.
Conduct tool box Talk to workers prior to the start of their job and ensure the JSA,
HIRA, and method of statement are being followed at the construction site.
Carry out a daily site survey to ensure safe work methods are in operation, adequate
fire and fall protection is in place, adequate welfare and first aid facilities are
properly maintained, approved tools and equipment are being used, and sufficient
PPE is provided and properly worn.
Informing all members of the establishment of the status, requirements, and codes
of practice for safe working of procedures that have already been adopted and of
the provision and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure their
observance and proper use; to arrange for the reporting and investigation of
incidents with a view to further preventive measures or the dissemination of
information to others.
Monitors equipment’s certificates, condition, and safe operation.
Checks and ensures compliance of the site work force with the approved Permit to
Work system.
Assist in establishing effective working relationships with all internal customers and
identify performance, risk, needs, and issues in HSE matters.
Participate and develop safety training, incentives, and awareness programs.
Assist with the implementation of the project HSE plan.

Successfully completed all relevant HSE training courses from the TR Training
department on the Tanajib Gas Plant Project: Supervisory Skills, Supervisory
Communication Skills, Permit to Work, Mechanical Lifting, Chemical Awareness,
LOTO, Working at Height, Trenching and Excavation, Electrical Safety, Heat
Stress, Fire Protection & Prevention, and Defensive Driving Course.
First Aid / BLS Trained & Certified from Saudi Heart Association.
