Here’s the Plan
The Heavy Metal and Chemical Cleanse consists of following a healthy diet, taking
Calcium Disodium EDTA, Toxin Binder, and using Dr. Group’s Foot Pads for 30 days.
• Take 2 ml of Calcium Disodium EDTA directly by mouth on an empty stomach
at least 2 hours before your morning meal.
• Take 2 ml of Toxin Binder directly by mouth at least 2 hours before or after
your last meal.
• Place one pad on each foot before bed. Instructions for foot pads can be
found below.

How To Use Foot Pads
STEP 1:
Gently peel off one adhesive backing paper. Attach one foot pad, logo side
down, onto the center of the adhesive side of the sheet.
STEP 2:
Apply the foot pad to the center of the foot near the arch. Press gently to
ensure the pad is secure. Repeat process for the other foot. Socks may be
worn over the pads.
STEP 3:
Go to bed as normal. Pads should be left in place for eight hours or until the
pads become discolored, hard, or damp.
STEP 4:
Remove the used pads and discard the following morning. Avoid touching
the discolored part as this now contains impurities that have been absorbed
during sleep. Thoroughly wash the feet. Pads may not be reused.
ADDITIONAL TIPS:
Use one pad on the sole of each foot. It is recommended to wear socks
if you tend to change sleeping positions throughout the night. Pads should
be left in place for 8 hours or until the pads become discolored, hard, or
damp. Drink plenty of purified water when using foot pads.

How You Should Eat During This Cleanse
Whenever possible, choose foods that are fresh, organic, and locally sourced. Eat small
meals throughout the day to support your digestive health. Include a wide range of
colorful fruits and vegetables, and wash them thoroughly before eating. Make sure to
eat plenty of healthy fats, oils, and plant-based protein. For more advanced insight into
