Agreement for Clubhouse Use
WHEREAS DanseBuzz LLP, through its Authorized Signatory, Partner and Director Mr. Asif
Khan and Authorized Signatory, Partner and Director Tanvi Sharma,(referred to as The
Studio) and Mahagun Maple sec-50, Noida(referred to as The AOA), together referred as the
Parties, have come together to collaborate for such activities as agreed between the Parties;
WHEREAS the parties herein desire to enter into an Agreement setting forth the services to be
provided by the DanseBuzz LLP
The parties mutually agree to the following:
Conduct group and individual Dance and Fitness classes for Dance & Zumba by the Studio or
through its authorized representatives/agents, in the Maple Club House clubhouse.
A resident member of the AOA shall be assigned as authorized contact person who shall
represent the AOA and be responsible for the terms of this Agreement along with assigning of
keys of the premises to the Studio during its operational hours and maintaining a harmonious
relationship for use of the Clubhouse facility during regular business hours.
The AOA shall provide the occupancy and usage of the Clubhouse to the Studio with access to
lighting equipment, props and furniture of the Clubhouse and the Studio shall ensure to keep
the premises in good condition as found prior to the Studio’s use and occupancy.
The Studio may arrange its own music system or any other device essential for the purpose of
carrying out the desired activity in the Clubhouse.
The Studio shall bear the cost for any damage by way of its usage of the premises, unless
damage is caused due to any unforeseen situation or an act beyond the control of the Studio,
and shall maintain decorum inside the premises during its operational hours.
The AOA reps and warrants that all the necessary permits, permission, approvals, licenses, fire
clearances etc. under any government applicable laws are in place and in case of any dispute
arising in future in relation to the same, The Studio and their Brand shall not be effected from
the same.
The minimum of 5000/- rent per month or 25% of the revenue as Mr. asif khan,
The Studio shall be entitled to control the classes without any interference from the AOA.
The Studio reserves the right for all photographs, videos and live streaming of classes,
rehearsals and shows. By acceptance of these terms, you willingly give in your consent to the
Studio for usage of your pictures on the Studio’s social media platforms or print platforms
whenever needed. However, the Studio holds the responsibility of taking prior permission of
parents/guardians/caretaker of students, before any such usage and display of pictures, and
any objection raised by such parents/guardians/caretaker should not be disregarded.

The Studio reserves the right not to share any kind of footages of CCTV recordings of its
programs/classes with any third party.
The AGREEMENT will be reviewed every [months/year] and will remain in effect as long as the
terms of understanding are honored, unless unforeseen circumstances occur which require
alterations in the use of the Clubhouse facility.
The Agreement may be terminated at any time without cause by either party upon thirty
(30) days written notice.
The booking is only available for a Resident. No outsider is allowed to attend the dance and
zumba class.
Hall must be handed over in the same condition.
If the hall will booked for some occasion no dance class will be held on that day. Minimum a day
prior intimation will be given to the team.
The dance class timing will be 6 pm to 7 pm. (Monday to Saturday).
The dance trainer should be police verified and have the proper id of the dance institute.
