The project report should have the following format:

->Cover Page & Title Page


->Acknowledgement
->Declaration of Student
->Bonafide Certificate
->Declaration by Project Guide
->Table of Contents (must be proper page numbering)

1. Introduction to Project
- About Project - 3 pages
- Aims and objective, - 2 pages
-Scope of Project (Where and who can use the project) - 3 pages
-Platform & Programming Language (used in project, Libraries, Package etc used in your project)
-6 pages
-IDE used - 1 page
-Other Technique (data base etc) -2 pages

2. Requirement Specification
- Existing System - 2 pages
- Problem in existing system - 2 pages
- Proposed System - 4 pages
- Comparison between existing and proposed system - 2 pages
- Software Req. - 1 page
- Hardware Requirement - 1 page

3. Feasibility Study of the Project - 2 pages

4. System design
- Database design -3 to 5 pages
-ER-Diagram - 2 pages
- System flowchart design - 3 pages
- DFD - 2 pages
- Program Design - 4 pages
-Functionality of the project - 5 pages
-Modules of the project -4 pages

Rules of Project Report:

1. Do not copy and paste any content of the report. Content must be unique. It will be rejected if
found copied.
4. Font size should be 12 to 14
5. Line spacing should be maximum of 1.5
6. Alignment must be justified.
7. Allowed font Styles are: Arial or Times New Roman
8. Report must have proper page numbering.
9. Report must have a proper table of contents
10. Report must be as per the format provided to you.
11. Use maximum diagrams, tables, figures, pictures, etc. in every part of the report for a clear
understanding.

12. Only write about the project you made in every part of the report. Give proper detail about the
modules of the project. Also explain the objective, and scope of the project. Explain about the
languages, technologies, algorithms, and libraries you used in the project.
13. Project report must be approved in softcopy, before printing .
