You:
Hello Sir/ Mam, Good Morning.

I’m (your name) from Abruzy Logistics. How are you doing today?

Carrier:
I’m doing well / I’m pretty good. What’s about you?

You:
I’m doing well. Sir, we are providing general freight options in all 48 states of USA. So can you tell me what kind of truck
do you have?

Not Interested
If carrier say “I’m not interested”.
Answer: Kindly try our services for a week. If you feel our services and load options are good you can continue with us
otherwise you can leave us. We’re not binding you.

If carrier say “Still no interested”.


Answer: Sir, I know you received many calls in a day and you might have bad experience with others. But we’re not like
them. We are typical once.

If carrier say “How are you typical once?”


Answer: Sir, we’ll provide you best negotiator, best market analyzer and best dispatcher.
 Our negotiator will negotiate on behave of you.
 Our market analyzer will send you in the best market.
 Our dispatcher will do your all documentation work.

You will only drive your truck and earn more and more.

Already have a dispatcher


If carrier say “I have already a dispatcher”.
Answer: Sir/Mam, kindly try our services for a week. After a week, you can compare our services with your present
dispatcher. Then, if you feel we are not profitable for you then you can leave us and can go with your present
dispatcher.

If carrier say “No Again”.


Answer: Sir, you can keep us as your back up option. If your present dispatcher will not be able to give you a load then
we will provide you loads.
Doing Dispatch by its own
If carrier say “I’m doing my own dispatch”
Answer: I appreciate it. But you know two work at a time is very difficult work. Also sometimes can happens that you
will be driving and you can lose any good load.

Therefore, you can give us this responsibility. We will find the best loads for you when we will drive and keep you rolling.
You will be our boss and we will work as your employee.

How does it sounds to you?

Scammers
If carrier say “You’re scammers”.
Answer: Sir, we’re not scammers. I understand your concern because there are many scammers in the market
nowadays and they spoil the image of your professionals. But don’t worry about it we’re professionals and we’ll provide
you best dispatch services.

If carrier say “I don’t trust on you”.


Answer: Sir, we will not charge you before our services. First, we will provide you loads for a week. And after a week we
will send you an invoice after you will get paid by broker and you have to pay this invoice.

Load Boards
If carrier say “Which load boards are you using?”
Answer: We are using the following load boards:
DAT, DAT 1, DAT Power, Sylectus, Truck smarter, Truckstop, Direct Freight.

Also we have business to business relationship with brokers like:

You:

Why need documents


If carrier say “Why do you need my documents?”
Answer: Sir, when we book a load for you from broker they demand your basic documents. Therefore, we need your
documents.

Carrier:

You:

Brother, now we’ll charge you 5% for our services. It is okay?

Dispatch fee if too high


If carrier says” Your Dispatch Fee is too high”
Answer: Sir, it is a market rate. And I assure you that this fee will not burden on you. We will provide you best loads and
you will feel any problem in this fee.

Carrier:
Yeah, it’s okay.

You:
Okay, now I’m sending your details with my dispatch team and they will reach you few minutes so make to respond to
them.

Carrier:

You:

Carrier:

You:
