Responsibilities
As a logistics and distribution manager, you'll need to:

We are looking for a reliable Logistics Manager to be responsible for the overall supply chain
management. Logistics Manager responsibilities include organizing and monitoring storage and
distribution of goods.
The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure
sustainability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
Resolve any arising problems or complaints
Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
Requirements and skills
Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager
Record of successful distribution and logistics management
Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
Proficient in standard logistics software
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
Job Description / Responsibility
Stock maintaining with ERP & Excel. Reconciliation of all issues & receive.
Create policies or procedures for internal distribution and logistics operations.
Plan & develop local/regional warehouse issues and increase efficiency to
achieve maximum output.
Responsible for supplying products to the customer's destination in a timely and
cost-effective way while maintaining appropriate quality standards and
specifications.
Oversee internal transfer of products from warehouse to showrooms as well as a
warehouse to the customer's house.
Responsible for inventory management activities including receiving, storing &
handling stock.
Coordinates with various department (Product, Transport, Sales, Dispatch) to
ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Distributes as per sales order and check all types of related documents before
delivery of goods.
Analysis VDRA (Vehicle daily running activity), KMPL, fuel usage, trip analysis,
and associate costs.
Ensure timely delivery of requisitioned material with specified quality & quantity.
Make liaison with the Inventory Audit department for strong counting & take
necessary steps if a crisis period of short stock occurs.
Analyze detailed logistics cost and execute a cost-effective material movement
plan on a consignment basis.
Manage warehouse personnel & be the focal point of contact for warehouse staff.
Supervise depot racking/stocking and compliance with the FIFO method.
Ensure compliance with all policies and guidelines.
Keeps record on list of return products and takes action as per company policy.
Ensure availability of supply of products on a daily basis
To manage day-to-day operations of the depot, stock transfer & delivery.
Maintain physical and soft stock of products.
Ensure receives goods in the daily stock ledger.
Proper communication with Accounts, MIS & Others.
Generates loading advice, Challan, Gate Pass etc.
Prepares party wise delivery report daily (Order, Delivery, Pending etc).
Find out slow and nonmoving items and give appropriate disposal.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Skills Required: Computer skill, Erp software, Hard Working, Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills, Knowledge of ERP Software System is
Mandatory, Familiar with SAP ERP system, Web ERP Management
Experience Requirements
At least 7 year(s)
